Today, EmpowerHome celebrates the birthday of our founder, Debbie Reynolds, our visionary leader and Director of Culture & Giving whose heart, faith, and purpose built something truly meaningful. From the beginning, Debbie set out to create more than a real estate business, she created a mission rooted in service, gratitude, and community. From Mission to Movement

EmpowerHome began with a promise to serve families with excellence while strengthening the communities where we live, work, and grow. What started as a local vision in DC Metro has grown into a nationwide movement, now making an impact across Charlotte and beyond.

Generosity is at the heart of EmpowerHome. In 2024, our team donated more than $600,000 to children’s hospitals, veterans and their families, adoptions, and other life-changing causes. While the recognition is an honor, what matters most is the opportunity to impact lives and bring hope to families in need.
