Not only do you give us the opportunity to help families in real estate, but with each introduction, we also donate a portion of our income to help support adopting families in Colorado and other worthy causes to help them continue their good work.

Many of my grandkids are in sports, and I’ve seen the power of a team that truly shows up. Watching players and coaches come together around a shared goal is something special. It’s never just about the scoreboard. It’s about support, consistency, and leaders who believe in kids before they fully believe in themselves. Small, steady actions add up. That’s how teams grow, and that’s how long-term wins are built.

In much the same way, many uncertain mothers in our community need a team to stand beside them. An unplanned pregnancy looks different for every woman, and for many, it’s one of the hardest moments of their lives. But it’s a moment where support can make all the difference.

I often talk about supporting adoption services because I was adopted as a baby, it’s a passion close to my heart. But what matters just as much is how the causes we support also walk alongside women who choose to parent. While adoption is an option some explore, the majority of women do not place their children for adoption. What they need most is stability, encouragement, and a team willing to walk with them through an overwhelming season.

That support looks like medical care when it feels out of reach, help with housing, clothing, diapers, and everyday needs, and mental health counseling to strengthen the heart and mind for the journey ahead of them. Colorado Christian Services is one of the worthy causes we support because they fund these needs and much more, they’re a helping hand during a time of crisis. Teams don’t win alone, and neither do families. When women are supported, families grow stronger, and futures begin to look possible again.

This is what it means to truly show up, and we’re deeply grateful for the community that makes this kind of care possible.
