Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, from Our Family to Yours!

We hope this message finds you happy, healthy, and wrapped in the joy of the Christmas season. As we close out another year and look ahead to 2026, we want to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Our hearts are truly full. We have so much to be grateful for this year, and at the very top of that list is YOU! Through every market shift and unexpected turn, one thing stayed constant: your trust. You trusted us with your own real estate journey, and you trusted us enough to share our name with your friends, family, and neighbors. That means more than you know.

This year over 225 families allowed us to walk beside them through the buying and selling process, and your introductions were a huge part of that. We’re humbled and forever grateful for the confidence you place in us to serve the people who matter most in your life.

Your introductions don’t just help us guide first-time buyers into their very first homes or support families through tough negotiations. They don’t just help us celebrate big wins with neighbors and friends. They give us something even greater: the opportunity to Give Back.

As many of you know, giving back is our big “why”, it’s why we got into real estate in the first place – it’s our guiding light. Every family you introduce to us expands our ability to support the causes closest to our hearts and make a meaningful impact in our community. Your trust doesn’t just move real estate forward, it helps us make a difference far beyond the closing table.

Wishing you a blessed Christmas season and a joyful New Year!

On the family side of life, 2025 has been a year overflowing with gratitude, growth, and those small everyday moments that remind me how blessed we truly are! This year seems to have flown just as quickly as years past, maybe even more so!

Our seven grandchildren continue to grow rapidly, and each busy with sports and other activities. On any given Saturday you can find me at a football, basketball, volleyball baseball or softball game here in Colorado or with family in Texas. It fills every bit of our free-time and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

We had some incredible family trips this year. We enjoyed traveling to Maui with all the kids and grandkids, the highlights included zip-lining and snorkeling with all 13 of us ranging from age 6 to 61! We also took a few other fun trips throughout the year, making memories we’ll treasure forever!

This year sadly also came with loss, in January we lost the last of our parents with the passing of Glenn’s dad. It’s a strange feeling to realize now we’re the older generation in the family, but we carry their love and lessons with us every day.

The real estate market here in Colorado has kept us on our toes. It shifts month by month, but through it all, we’ve been honored to guide the families we serve, helping them navigate an ever-changing landscape. It has been a true blessing to have you and your loved ones support us through this year – we are richly blessed!

“To whom much is given, much is required.” We hold this principle close to our hearts. And we have been given so much – your trust, your kindness, your introductions, and your continued belief in our mission. Thank you for being such an important part of our story and our client-family.

As we look ahead to 2026, we‘re thankful for the year behind us and hopeful for the one to come. Wishing you peace, health, and connection in the year ahead. And if someone you know or care about is thinking of making a move in the new year, we would be honored to serve them. Not only will they get the same dedication you experienced, we are able to give back to worthy causes in our community.

Please introduce us by calling 303-529-0697, it would be our privilege to help.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with warmth, hope, and blessings.

Thank you!
