Erica Long is the Director of Sales Operations of EmpowerHome Team Charlotte, overseeing many of the business’s daily activities while directing and coordinating actions across an organization. In addition, she supervises the various departments in the business and can locate areas for improvement.
Before joining EmpowerHome Team, Erica studied Electronic Publishing at Gardner Webb University. She enjoys working out and visiting the lake during her free time. She considers it an absolute privilege to work with Kristen Bernard, one of her closest friends.
