Haley is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and has completed all required pre-licensing education and passed the state exam. Her training includes contracts, fair housing laws, buyer and seller representation, ethical standards, market analysis, negotiation fundamentals, and guiding clients through every step of a transaction. She also holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she majored in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and minored in Economics, giving her a strong foundation in both numbers and market behavior.
