Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, from Our Family to Yours!

We hope this message finds you happy, healthy, and wrapped in the joy of the Christmas season. As we close out another year and look ahead to 2026, we want to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Our hearts are truly full. We have so much to be grateful for this year, and at the very top of that list is YOU! Through every market shift and unexpected turn, one thing stayed constant: your trust. You trusted us with your own real estate journey, and you trusted us enough to share our name with your friends, family, and neighbors. That means more than you know.

This year over 221 families allowed us to walk beside them through the buying and selling process, and your introductions were a huge part of that. We’re humbled and forever grateful for the confidence you place in us to serve the people who matter most in your life.

Your introductions don’t just help us guide first-time buyers into their very first homes or support families through tough negotiations. They don’t just help us celebrate big wins with neighbors and friends. They give us something even greater: the opportunity to Give Back.

As many of you know, giving back is our big “why”, it’s why we got into real estate in the first place – it’s our guiding light. Every family you introduce to us expands our ability to support the causes closest to our hearts and make a meaningful impact in our community. Your trust doesn’t just move real estate forward, it helps us make a difference far beyond the closing table.

So much gratitude for a year filled with family and joy!

On the family side of life, 2025 has been a year overflowing with gratitude, growth, and those small everyday moments that remind me how blessed we truly are! The Harker family has had a wonderful and joy-filled year, and we’re excited to share a little update with you. This year brought a very special addition to our family: our three grandchildren welcomed a new cousin, Hudson Harker, the first child of our son Will and his wife, Bre. As you can imagine, our time together has become even sweeter (and a bit busier!), and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Allison continues her meaningful work as a Nurse Practitioner at Parkland Hospital. Her expertise caring for babies there has translated beautifully into caring for all the new little ones in our own family. We’re truly blessed by the love, energy, and support she pours into everyone around her.

our toes. It shifts month by month, from fast-moving to slow-and-steady and everything in between. Through it all, we’ve been honored to guide the families we serve, helping them navigate an ever-changing landscape.

When we’re not working or spending time with family, you can usually find us out at the farm, tending to our honeybee hives or hosting friends. It continues to be one of our favorite places to unwind, connect, and enjoy life in the Texas countryside.

“To whom much is given, much is required.” We hold this principle close to our hearts. And we have been given so much – your trust, your kindness, your introductions, and your continued belief in our mission. Thank you for being such an important part of our story and our client-family.

As we look ahead to 2026, we‘re thankful for the year behind us and hopeful for the one to come. Wishing you peace, health, and connection in the year ahead. And if someone you know or care about is thinking of making a move in the new year, we would be honored to serve them. Not only will they get the same dedication you experienced, we are able to give back to worthy causes in our community.

Please introduce us by calling 214-972-0135, it would be our privilege to help.
