Today, EmpowerHome celebrates the birthday of our founder, Debbie Reynolds, our visionary leader and Director of Culture & Giving whose heart, faith, and purpose built something greater than a business. From Vision to Movement

EmpowerHome was founded on a promise to serve families with excellence and to strengthen the communities where we live, work, and grow. What began as a vision in the DC Metro area has become a nationwide movement, touching the lives of families right here in Dallas and beyond.

Generosity is part of our DNA. In 2024, the team donated over $600,000 to children’s hospitals, veterans and their families, adoptions, and other life-changing causes. While awards are an honor, what matters most is the opportunity to bring hope, stability, and positive change to others.
