We hope this message finds you happy, healthy, and wrapped in the joy of the Christmas season. As we close out another year and look ahead to 2026, we want to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Our hearts are truly full. We have so much to be grateful for this year, and at the very top of that list is YOU! Through every market shift and unexpected turn, one thing stayed constant: your trust. You trusted us with your own real estate journey, and you trusted us enough to share our name with your friends, family, and neighbors. That means more than you know.
This year over 81 families allowed us to walk beside them through the buying and selling process, and your introductions were a huge part of that. We’re humbled and forever grateful for the confidence you place in us to serve the people who matter most in your life.
Your introductions don’t just help us guide first-time buyers into their very first homes or support families through tough negotiations. They don’t just help us celebrate big wins with neighbors and friends. They give us something even greater: the opportunity to Give Back.
As many of you know, giving back is our big “why”, it’s why we got into real estate in the first place – it’s our guiding light. Every family you introduce to us expands our ability to support the causes closest to our hearts and make a meaningful impact in our community. Your trust doesn’t just move real estate forward, it helps us make a difference far beyond the closing table.

On the family side of life, 2025 has been a year overflowing with gratitude, growth, and those small everyday moments that remind me how blessed we truly are! We’ve just learned that our son Townsend “soar on” this year, meaning he’s graduating from the Schenck School! The school’s mascot is a phoenix and to watch him grow in confidence, “soaring” couldn’t be more appropriate. We’re so proud of his amazing progress! We’re actively on the hunt for a new school for Townsend to continue his growth and learning. Lots of interviews and school tours are in our future for sure.
Townsend also spent a week at his sleepaway camp at Camp Kesem in North Carolina with the UNC Chapel Hill chapter. He looks forward to it every single year. Camp Kesem is designed for kids who’ve had a parent with cancer, and it’s one of the few places where the kids instantly understand one another – no explanations needed.
He absolutely loves it. It’s become a place where he can just be a kid, feel supported, and have an incredible time surrounded by people who “get it.” Every year he comes home with a full heart, a hoarse voice from cheering, and about a thousand stories to tell.
Something that most people don’t know about me is that I’m a huge F1 fan! It surprises some because I don’t talk about it often, but I absolutely love the strategy, the precision, and honestly… the pure adrenaline of it all! This year, Tyler and I got the chance to go see the race live in Austin! And let me tell you, TV does not do it justice. The sound, the speed, the atmosphere… it’s an incredible experience!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from our family to yours!
No big marathons or mountain climbing this year, I mainly focused on my family and pouring back into our Atlanta team. However, I did run in the first-ever Polar Opposite Peachtree Road Race, it was a great race and I’m planning to do that again in January.
This year was also full of family milestones and adventures. We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday, a truly special occasion that reminded us how precious time with loved ones is. And over Labor Day, we went camping as a family with my brother, sister-in-law, and their four kids. It was such a joy to spend a few days unplugged, exploring the outdoors together. One of the highlights was hiking up to Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Standing at the summit as a family, taking in the sweeping views all made for memories we’ll treasure forever.
“To whom much is given, much is required.” We hold this principle close to our hearts. And we have been given so much – your trust, your kindness, your introductions, and your continued belief in our mission. Thank you for being such an important part of our story and our client-family.
As we look ahead to 2026, we‘re thankful for the year behind us and hopeful for the one to come. Wishing you peace, health, and connection in the year ahead. And if someone you know or care about is thinking of making a move in the new year, we would be honored to serve them. Not only will they get the same dedication you experienced, we are able to give back to worthy causes in our community.
Please introduce us by calling 404-301-3303, it would be our privilege to help.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with warmth, hope, and blessings.
Thank you!
