At The Reynolds Team, we have asked our friends, family, and clients to refer us to those who are thinking about doing just that. Our business survives on these referrals, and to show our appreciation for sending us potential buyers/sellers, we created an exclusive club to celebrate those who have referred us! We call it the Raving Fans Club—and it includes a host of unique benefits and gifts.
Once a month, our Raving Fans receive a custom red box on their front door. Inside is a special gift—we make it fun and unique each month.
Every quarter, we have an exclusive event for our Raving Fans. A family picture mini-session or summer movie night are just a few examples of what could be in store. Also, each quarter, Debbie, Sarah, and our fantastic agent partners will treat those who referred us to an exclusive VIP dinner!
This past October, we treated our Raving Fans who referred us in the third quarter to one of those fantastic VIP dinners hosted at Chantilly National Golf & Country Club. On this beautiful fall evening, we also gathered clients that closed with us in the third quarter. The Reynolds Team considerably impacted these clients through how stress-free we made their selling process, and our dedication exceeding their expectations. We paid particular attention to each of these clients and were always on top of addressing their questions and concerns.
In addition to giving back to our Raving Fans and clients, for each of our referrals, we give a portion of our commission back to the Fisher House Foundation. This incredible foundation builds homes where military and veteran families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in a medical crisis.
