A Raving Fan is someone who has introduced us to or sent us the information for someone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
Included in the Raving Fans Club:
- Every other month, you will receive a custom RED package on your front door—keep an eye out for it! Inside is a special gift, and we make it fun and unique each month!
Every quarter we will have a smaller, exclusive event JUST for our Raving Fans. - Each quarter Sarah and Debbie Reynolds with our agent partners will treat those who referred us to a special VIP dinner!
You may be asking, how exactly does this work? For every introduction that we receive from you, you will be subscribed to our Raving Fans Club indefinitely! We REALLY want to show our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to those who truly support us by introducing us to their friends and family.
What Qualifies as an “Introduction”
An introduction means sending us the contact information for someone looking to buy or sell a home in the next 6-12 months. We REALLY appreciate it when you tell us that you gave our information to someone. But the truth is, most of the time, we never hear from them. So, the best thing to do is tell them that we will be reaching out to give them some free information about buying or selling a home. We are NOT pushy or in their face—we are coming from a place of VALUE! We will send them some tips about getting their home ready to sell or about buying a home. Another super-easy way to be counted as an introduction is if you send your friend and us an email introduction with everyone’s contact information—you will truly look like the hero!
