How did we do in the 2017 Real Estate Market? The short answer: It could have been better. We had an awesome year, in almost every major category! Here are the highlights:

  • We had less sales in the 20152 zip code compared to number of sales in 2016, both in units and sales volume.
  • The Average SOLD Price went up slightly by 1.51%, while the Median Sold Price only went up .22%. This is low compared to previous years.
  • The best news is that the sellers that did sell, the average days on market decrease significantly, making it less stressful to sell! Average Days on Market was 27 days in 2017, versus 44 in 2016. That is a decrease of 38%, which is fantastic!
