Inside Sales Agents (ISA) 

  • Book appointments
  • Manage questions buyers have on homes on sale
  • Call buyers and sellers back
  • Communicate with agents daily
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly report

Field Services

  • Complete Errand List Daily
  • Prepare lockboxes for delivery
  • Track Field Service Inventory
  • Good Driving Record Required

Client Care Team

  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
  • Ability to identify, resolve and communicate customer’s concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Real Estate Experience Required

Listing/Transaction Coordinator

  • Oversee ratified contracts
  • Diligent communication with clients about scheduling closings, reviewing settlement statements, manage MLS
  • Real Estate Experience Required

Outside Sales Agent (OSA)

  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Make sure clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping with mortgage options that fits their budget
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
