Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, from Our Family to Yours!
We hope this message finds you happy, healthy, and wrapped in the joy of the Christmas season. As we close out another year and look ahead to 2026, we want to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Our hearts are truly full. We have so much to be grateful for this year, and at the very top of that list is YOU! Through every market shift and unexpected turn, one thing stayed constant: your trust. You trusted us with your own real estate journey, and you trusted us enough to share our name with your friends, family, and neighbors. That means more than you know.
This year over 122 families allowed us to walk beside them through the buying and selling process, and your introductions were a huge part of that. We’re humbled and forever grateful for the confidence you place in us to serve the people who matter most in your life.
Your introductions don’t just help us guide first-time buyers into their very first homes or support families through tough negotiations. They don’t just help us celebrate big wins with neighbors and friends. They give us something even greater: the opportunity to Give Back.
As many of you know, giving back is our big “why”, it’s why we got into real estate in the first place – it’s our guiding light. Every family you introduce to us expands our ability to support the causes closest to our hearts and make a meaningful impact in our community. Your trust doesn’t just move real estate forward, it helps us make a difference far beyond the closing table.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from our family to yours!
On the family side of life, as we look back on this year, our hearts are full of gratitude – for growth, for new adventures, and most of all, for the incredible people who continue to enrich our lives. We’re reminded daily that time truly is a thief and these kids of ours continue to grow faster than we can catch up! We’re soaking up every moment as a family while we can!
Laney is savoring every milestone of her senior year. After tearing her ACL playing lacrosse, she tackled recovery with strength and determination, working tirelessly in physical therapy. Her hard work paid off, and she spent the second half of the summer serving in British Columbia with YoungLife. The experience was nothing short of life-changing! Now she’s preparing for college, and we’re so excited to see where her next chapter leads.
Drew’s finishing his last year of middle school and has fully embraced his passion for golf. He earned MVP honors for his school team and continues to compete in local and regional tournaments. His love for the game and the joy it brings him inspire us daily. We can’t wait to see where his talent and drive will take him next!
Selwyn is thriving in high school. From singing in chorus to spending every moment she can around horses, she continues to follow her passions wholeheartedly. She’s even competed and placed in area shows – her confidence and dedication shine so brightly.
Beckham is enjoying his junior year and is always busy building and growing. When he is not behind the lawn mower expanding his lawn care business, he is behind the camera putting his photography skills to work on the yearbook committee. We are very thankful for another driver in the house, even if our car insurance might disagree!
This spring, we had a whirlwind adventure of our own when we surprised Glenn’s sister in Spain for her 40th birthday. Exploring such a beautiful country together was a true gift, especially getting to walk the charming streets of its historic towns and soaking up the sun along the coast. We’re cherishing the chance to make memories together while we continue to build and grow our real estate business here at home.
Most importantly, we want to say thank you to our clients who become friends, our friends who cheer us on, and our community that makes Charlotte a place we are so proud to call home. You are by far our biggest highlight of our year! Thank you for letting us be part of your story.
“To whom much is given, much is required.” We hold this principle close to our hearts. And we have been given so much – your trust, your kindness, your introductions, and your continued belief in our mission. Thank you for being such an important part of our story and our client-family.
As we look ahead to 2026, we‘re thankful for the year behind us and hopeful for the one to come. Wishing you peace, health, and connection in the year ahead. And if someone you know or care about is thinking of making a move in the new year, we would be honored to serve them. Not only will they get the same dedication you experienced, we are able to give back to worthy causes in our community.
Please introduce us by calling 980-294-4523, it would be our privilege to help.
Here is to a season full of peace, love, and cherished moments, and a New Year filled with new possibilities.
Thank you!
Kristen Bernard
